Your department's checklist steps

When someone joins or leaves, their checklist can give steps to your department - IT setting up a laptop and email, Finance settling advances. They come to everyone in the department.

1. Find your department's steps

Go to My workspace → My checklist steps. Each joiner or leaver has a card with your department's steps for them, overdue ones first, with the due date.

Your department is the one on your employee record (My profile). Steps for other departments - including ones under yours - don't show here.

2. Tick them off

Tick the circle when a step is done. If it doesn't apply, open its menu (⋯) and choose Skip - doesn't apply, with a reason.

It's one list for the whole department: once anyone ticks a step, it shows as done - with who did it - for everyone, so nobody does it twice. Finished steps stay for a week, then drop off.

Tip: Your department's head is told when a checklist with your steps starts. Everyone else finds them here.
