Your payslips and tax summary
When your organization uses TinERP's Payroll, your payslips are in My workspace → My payslips as soon as each month's pay is approved.
1. Your payslips
Go to My workspace → My payslips. Each month shows your gross pay, deductions and net pay; open one to see it in full - earnings, deductions, what went to your bank, the year so far, what your employer pays on top, and how your PAYE was worked out. Download (PDF) saves it.
On the phone app, it's under Me → My payslips.
2. Your year's pay and tax
Below your payslips, Pay and tax shows the year month by month - gross, pension, taxable pay and PAYE - with your TIN and the state your PAYE went to. Download it for your own records.
Questions
The payslip I was emailed asks for a password.
It's your date of birth as DDMMYYYY - for example 07031990.
Something on my payslip looks wrong.
Speak to your HR or payroll team. A locked month isn't changed; a correction goes into the next month's pay.
