What counts as a team member?
Anyone who works in TinERP beyond their own records - HR, finance, buyers, managers who approve, admins. Your plan sets how many.
Do employees who only check their payslips or leave need a paid seat?
No. Employee self-service logins are free and unlimited on every plan: their own payslips, leave, expense claims and requests.
How is Payroll priced?
By the number of employees on your monthly pay run, in bands. It doesn't depend on how many team members your plan has.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep working. Your data is kept, and your team can sign back in as soon as a plan is active.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plan any time and your records stay as they are. Other currencies (dollar invoices, orders and bank accounts) come with the plans that include multi-currency.
How do I pay?
In naira, by card or bank transfer, monthly or yearly.
